Meet our gorgeous boy Ollie ! He is the biggest softie, absolutely adores a cuddle and is a total dream in the house. He is an older gentleman and as such is very calm at home. He can be left for 4-5 hours with no problems, travels well in the car, is fully house trained and adores a visitor to the home!
When he first arrived in foster Ollie was reactive to most dogs on a walk, but having spent 5-6 weeks in his foster home he is happily walking on a head collar and is now learning to re-engage back to his handler when he sees a dog. He has learnt that seeing a dog equals chicken !! This is still work in progress but the non-reactions are starting to outweigh the reactions.
Don’t let the fact he is 10 years old fool you, he absolutely loves his long walks and bounces around the garden. Ollie isn’t ready for a retirement home.
He has been living with dogs in his foster home and has been great with them, showing no guarding, happily sharing cuddles and snuggling up next to them.
If you are looking for a calm, smiley, active dog then look no further, he really will bring you so much joy !
