Olive is an 18 month old (born in April 2021) large breed.
Olive is looking for a home who have experience with large dogs as her size and boisterous nature needs managing. She walks well on a head collar as she can pull and is generally happy to meet other dogs out and about. She can be wary of strangers coming in to her home which would need ongoing management.
Once Olive trusts and loves you she is a real affectionate girl who thinks she is a lap dog despite her size! She loves fuss and a cuddle. She has been known to be a little bit full on and boisterous with some of our more timid resident dogs, so ideally she would need to be the only dog in the home but have regular doggy friends out on walks.
Olive needs an adult only home. Olive certainly is a big personality and her new owners would need to be firm and consistent with her boundaries. Olive is crate trained but can also be left loose for up to 4 hours where she is clean and non destructive. She also travels well in the car.
