Harvey was found as a stray in Kent and arrived skinny, not microchipped and we have no history for him. He has been neutered since arriving with us and doing really well in his foster home.
Harvey is approx 8-10 years old but is still a ball of energy so don’t let his age fool you, he is not looking for a retirement home. He sleeps through the night in a crate and can be left on his own for a couple of hours either in a crate or left loose as he does enjoy a nap on the sofa. He travels well in the car and really loves going out for a walk but can be unpredictable when meeting other dogs so is best kept on a lead and in quiet areas where he won’t get approached by off lead dogs. He can be ok with calm dogs if introductions are slow and managed and has enjoyed several walks with his new friends.
Harvey is a really lovely dog and is such a character. He loves people and snuggles on the sofa and plenty of belly rubs but will take himself off if he wants some space and will let you know. For this reason Harvey is looking for an adult only home.
If you think you can give Harvey the forever sofa he deserves please complete an application form via the link below. Adoption fee applies.
