Gentle is a 2-3 year old female. She is neutered. Gentle by name, Gentle by nature. This beautiful girl has taken a little while to start to blossom and still has some way to go, but is on the right track in her lovely foster home and is ready to find a home of her own.
Gentle is shy to begin with when meeting new people and dogs. She loves her walks and walks well on on lead and also on a long line. Gentle doesn’t currently have a recall as she is not particularly treat/food orientated and finds small furries like squirrels and cats too distracting, so this training would be ongoing.
Gentle is clean and dry in the house, sleeps well overnight and has been left for up to 4 hrs with no issues. She will need to build up trust with her new owners so multiple meet and greets may be required.
Gentle is looking for an adult only home with another confident resident dog to help her flourish. Unfortunately due to Gentle’s past experiences she is unable to live with children as she is petrified of them and unable to live with cats due to her prey drive.
Gentle is such a sweetheart, who just needs love and patience so she can continue to come out of her shell.
